FAQ’s

Do you have public liability insurance?

​Yes we have full public liability insurance.

 

Do you have a food hygiene certificate?

Yes, food hygiene is something we take very seriously. All our staff are fully trained and carry an individual food hygiene certificate

 

Is the hog roast prepared fresh on site?

Yes, it would a big health risk to prepare the hog roast in any other way.

 

Do I need to provide anything?

​For a spit/hog roast we will need an area of around 10ft sq and our cooking equipment needs to be set up on level ground. Ideally we would also like to have a power supply to hand but if this is unavailable we have our own generator. We would discuss this with you when you contact us.

 

How long does it take to cook?

Generally we would recommend a minimum of 5 1/2hrs for preparation and cooking time. Of course this will depend on the size of the hog you wish to cook, We would discuss this with you when you contact us.

Are you prepared to travel?

Yes within reason, all our prices are based on catering within a 20 mile radios from our office. we can travel further please call or email for more information.
